Legito PowerUp 2025 Building an Ecosystem for an Automation Product
Building an Automation Ecosystem for an Automation Product
In this joint session, Charles Drayson, Commercial Director at Enate, and Paul Marlborough of Legito explore how orchestration and document automation come together to solve real-world complexity.
Rather than competing, Enate and Legito demonstrate how complementary platforms can integrate to simplify large-scale, multi-country workflows – combining process orchestration, AI, and no-code document automation into a seamless user experience.
Why Enate + Legito Works
- Different strengths, shared outcomes
Enate specialises in orchestrating large, complex service processes – breaking work into tasks and routing them to the right people, systems, AI models, or RPA.
Legito focuses on creating and governing complex documents with speed, accuracy, and compliance. - Built on real customer demand
The partnership began when Enate encountered a use case it couldn’t solve alone: generating highly complex documents pulling data from multiple sources. A rapid Legito prototype unlocked the solution – and the collaboration grew from there.
The Use Case at Scale
- 40,000+ emails per week, peaking at 15,000 per day
11,000 users, operating across 100+ countries
- Strict SLA, compliance, and accuracy requirements
Multi-jurisdictional document rules (e.g. dual-language requirements in Hong Kong)
Every request had to be fast, compliant, correctly formatted, and delivered without error.
The Solution: “No Alt+Tab” Workflow Automation
The joint solution was designed around a single principle: users should never have to switch systems or copy-paste data.
- AI intercepts incoming email requests
- Determines required work, jurisdiction, and responsible team
- Selects the correct templates and languages
- Extracts available data and flags what’s missing
- Creates a structured task sequence – with a human in the loop
A data-collection form is generated, localised automatically, enriched with external data sources, and passed to Legito – working invisibly in the background as the document generation engine.
