April 2023 Release: UX & Integration Tools Improvements
1) Faster Search
We significantly improved the search speed in the Manage Documents area and Objects.
We will continue to optimize the search feature to provide you with the best user experience.
2) Default (fallback) user for the REST API
From now on, it is possible to customize the default user for identification of Legito’s REST API calls. The default user will be applied if no user is selected for the API call.
To customize the user, go to My account => Settings => REST API => Personal Settings.
3) Simpler JSON Integrations feature
We simplified the JSON Integration by removing the JSON Trigger, so that each JSON Integration contains only one JSON file that will trigger the integration and/or Template Suite, as well as for uploading data to the content of a Legito Document.
Consequently, the REST API endpoint for uploading JSON files is simplified.
4) Optional Workspace Onboarding
Workspace admins can deactivate the Workspace Onboarding for their Workspace.
To deactivate Workspace Onboarding, go to My account => Settings => Onboarding and uncheck Activate Workspace Onboarding.
