Learn how to use translations and dual language versions of your documents to make them accessible to more people.

Task 2: Template Translator

Return to the Power of Attorney Template Suite, as you hover your mouse over the Template place holder, you will see the word, “Translate” (See Image Below).

Click it.

Now, based on your language preference, please download one of following translations of the Power of Attorney agreement:

German: https://www.legito.com/blog/wpcontent/uploads/2019/08/Legito_traing_translations_example_german.docx

After clicking Translate, Legito Translation Editor will open, and asking which language you would like your translation. Choose Spanish or German, (depending on which document you downloaded) and click the green “Translate to this language” button (See Image Below).

Now open the translated version of the agreement, and manually copy/paste content to the appropriate boxes.

The result of German translation should be like this:


Now Save and Publish the translated version of the template.

Now go back to the Dashboard and click the Create button on the Power of Attorney template place holder.

Test: You will see additional options for language under the settings tab. Now test your dual language document:
