Drop Area

The area where users may drop or choose files to:

– Create a Document Record containing an uploaded File
– Create an Object Record containing an uploaded File
– Start the signing process of an uploaded document (File)

There can be multiple Drop Area Widgets on the same Dashboard.

Any File dropped in the Drop Area Widget of the Dashboard would initiate the Workspace default Workflow.

From now on, it’s possible to select which Workflow is applied when a File is dropped to a certain Widget.

If you use the Start Signature Widget, ensure that the first Stage of your Workflow allows the e-signature process to be launched.
