CRM and DMS Tags

CRM or DMS (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot or iManage)

You can use Legito to automatically populate data from your current Customer Relationship Management solution (CRM), or Document Management systems, including Salesforce, Hubspot, iManage, and Google. We are continuously working to add more seamless integrations.

You can pull data from these systems by applying the appropriate tag to the relevant TextInput Elements in your templates. The tags are as follows:

#iManage
#SalesForce
#HubSpot
#Clio (WIP)

CRM and DMS tags should only be used in conjunction with the tags below, and not with any other tags (i.e., Company Register tags): 

#FirstPartyID
#SecondPartyID
#ThirdPartyID or 
#PersonID. 

Using these tags will automatically import data to TextInputs with the equivalent tags mentioned in section 1 of this blog post; for example: 

#FirstPartyID => #FirstPartyName, #FirstPartyAddress, #FirstPartyDate, #FirstPartyFile, #FirstPartyRepresentative. 

In the image below, you will see that only a single Company Register Tag should be used with a Contact Information Tag:
